Hello,
I am in a pinch and hoping someone could point me to where I can get some instructions for swapping CMTS's. I have a failing Arris 1000, which I need to replace. I have remote access to both units, however, i am not sure how to get the exisitng cfg off the old CMTS & then paste it into the new one. Can anyone help me out?
I am looking to find a CMTS that can send a very narrow downlink. We would like to send RF on 430-432Mhz down and 50.0 - 50.2 Uplink for Amateur Radio Data and voice system.
I see C2000WL-Fixed Wireless base station based on DOCSIS over Air (DoA)

• QAM256, QAM64, QAM16 and QPSK
Downstream per channel bit rate 10, 20, 27 and 38 Mbps
Can someone tell me if an Arris MTA (TM502G to be specific) will show the DHCP Offer in logging even if the offer is incorrect and the MTA won't accept it?
I have no problems assigning an IP to the modem and getting it online but, the MTA won't go online. I've confirmed the DHCP Discover and Offer via packet capture at the DNS server and on the CMTS. At this point, I don't see the Offer showing in the MTA's DHCP log though all four DHCP transactions for the modem show in that log.
I am doing the upgrade test. I don't know what the function of the co-signed cvc and manufacturer's cvc are. what is the difference between co-signed cvc and manufacturer's cvc? Thanks!

I'm trying to set DOCSIS LB in my lab using Cisco CMTS ubr10k with SCE2 IOS.
My setup is running D3.0 with 3G60 line card and RFGW10.
Can someone send me some configuration example and some test scenario in order to check my setup?
I am interested in providing my customers Caller-ID via their Moto DCT STBs. We have our own VoIP softswitch and can provide any application the Caller-ID of an incoming call as needed. The problem is that we are lost on the video side and do not know how to get it to the STB.
The plant has a Moto NC 1500 and we already provide VOD. The VOD manufacturer is not knowledgeable on how to get Caller-ID.
Any advice, direction, contact or product in US or overseas would be greatly appreciated.
