is someone using these models of cable modem??
I bought a pair for testing and they are not connecting...
FIrst was the downstream frequency, i use to have 561.25 than i change it to 561 and they start trying to connect.
They are obtained downstream signal then searches upstream takes a few minutes and then return to do the same.
I changed the upstream frequencies and does exactly the same.
Is there a special setting for make them work?

I have the updated firmware for Motorola SB5100 and SB5101. Can someone provide an example Docsis 2.0 Config File that directs the Cable Modems to upgrade their firmware?

If you have your plant maps in Autocad (i.e. dwg Files) Autodesk, the makers of Autocad have come out with a new tool. It is called http://www.autocadws.com
It allows you to place your DWG files over the top of a google map and allows access from a simple web browser (flash) Iphone, or android phone. It even allows editing of the DWG file in the program. Even Read-Only files can still be annotated.
We have a BSR1000 Motorola and some days ago we had the error "Can't load boot file" and the appImage was erased. We could solve this issue by reinstalling the appImage and until now is working fine. I want to give SPECIAL thanks to CMCALDAS who helped me in those terrible moments.
But now I have to ask to you what could happened? Cmcaldas has some suspects like log file full causing corruption so I need to format the nvram. Another posible cause is electric on RF, I mean a problem with electric installation on head-end on the RF side.
I want to bring up the mta of the arris tm802 for NCS, but the provisioning is not correct. Does anybody succeed to bring it up? Can you paste the config file tlv or bin file here or send to my email?
Arris Cable Modem's public IP didn't open any port to access. We can only access the 192.168.100.1 via the ethernet interface, but very slow. The "Advanced" menu need a password of day. I got a calculator for it, now it's attached, you need to remove the .txt extensions.

We are working as a Cable Modem ISP in Saudi Arabia. We have purchased a refurbished Cuda 12000. When we connect power and Controller card then Its display an error in Japanese Language and Status on Controller card is "D2". Can anybody help me what to do next???

I am working on docsis 2.0 with an Arris C4 CMTS and a RCA modem.
I wish doing SA dynamic multicast with my modem online in bpi+ mode.
I have been succeeded in doing static multicast in Bpi mode in making the configuration of CMTS by CLI and as well by MIBs.
