Hello,

Have anyone tested passing vlans inside a cable modem that is tagging another vlan. For example a CM is tagging vlan 100 and I want to pass vlan 50 inside it. Is there any configuration needed in the config file because it is not working?

We have a couple of costumer that travel a lot and are requesting to be able to use their modem in multiple locations (cmts).

example of the configurations. Each node has different shared secret (authorization strings). The question is: what is preventing his modem from going online in both places?

OK, we started with Promptlink a few years ago and it was awful. We switched to Incognito and it's too complex and just not an easy learning curve. IBBS is outrageous and they know very little about RF issues. Is there one that is easy to use but powerful as well? Oh, I might add that it should be reasonably priced too!

It seems there are less and less companies that do this since they've all gotten bought out or have gone out of business!

I'm trying to run D3 modems (arris CM820) on Cisco ubr10k with Edge QAM Harmonic NSG 9116 without DTI server (Only Wideband DS channels).
Modems are trying to register as D3:

I have get an old C9 Networks C600 CMTS for make lab.
I have also get any nessesary parts (diplex filter, athenuator, ...)

Note: My cable modem found "energy" but don't decode signal (eurodocsis modem)

My version of this cmts has "DOCSIS" firmware and seems to not support EURODOCSIS.
If i look on cmts datasheet, eurodocsis is supported.
Anyone has eurodocsis version of c9 c600 firmware ?
