Hi Folks,
I'd really appreciate it if someone could send me the running config of a uBR10K CMTS with MC20X20V line card.
I just want a docis 3.0 annex B modem to acquire 1 downstream 8/0/0 and 1 upstream 8/0/0 Upstream 0.
I have been sent two CMTSs from a supplier which the claim these been tested but I can't get a modem to lock US. Even with their test modem and diplexer they sent and I am using their running config and attenuation values. I'm baffled at this stage and plan on flying to their factory to see what they are doing difernet to me which I would rather not have to to. I have years experience working with Arris C3, Casa C2200 and uBR7200.
Any tips and comments very welcome.

Thanks for your reply. Do you have uBR10K on your network? What is your lab test setup?
We are all baffled. Normally when connecting a CM direct to a CMTS I use a 2 way splitter and 40dB attenuation at the modem F conn.
