We want to get the Arris TM902S eMTA get to work with SIP with the Firmware 7.10.145.EURO.SIP.
We are currently stuck at a strange point where the MTA sends SIP Register Messages where the Digest Username in the Authorization Body is correct but the SIP From and TO and Contact are filled with weird 4 digit numbers.
In our case 1251 for the first endpoint and 2252 for the second endpoint. (Interesting is that 251 is also the last octet of the MTA IP Address).
The output on the arris telnet session looks as follows:
Hello everybody,
can you please show me a sample configuration for the cable modem
My configuration file:
Network Access Control:on
Downstream Frequency Configuration:123000000
Maximum Number of CPEs:3
Euro-DOCSIS 1.0 Class of Service Configuration
Class ID:1
Maximum Downstream Rate:15000000
Maximum Upstream Rate:5000000
Class-of-Service Privacy Enable:0
What should the configuration file contain?
Eventually.: What configuration you are using?
New to this site, stumbled across it while trying to find some answers to a noise issue in my plant. Currently seeing a distinct "hump" of noise around 28 - 34mhz. Roughly 3-5db high. This is nearly all of our return spectrums in all nodes. I verified its not coming from the headend and can track it down to certain legs/actives. Been replacing actives, connectors, housing, ground...still no solution. Running all motorola actives, both le and mb. If I can figure out how to post pictures on here I will get some for you. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
We have Thomsaon THG540,541 and THG571 in our Cable Network. The THG571 does not use T.38, the THG540 and THG541 does, and this issue makes us problems with sending FAX with the THG540/541.
We do not create our config files by myself, this is done by the company that delilvers us with the cable modems. I already asked to get a firmware or configfile for the modems THG540/541 from our distributor but they can't help me and have no idea to get this solved. I already tried to get in touch with technicolor to get support but did not succed, they only support "distributors.
I am trying to upgrade the sw mta arris model tm602a. with a lot of mta could upgrade to the image sip TS0601110_093010_MODEL_6_SIP_TELNET_ON but has a lot that does not upgrade the sw. What do could be? the CVC does not recognize that the sw this outdated? is to force an upgrade of sw otherwise? Attached screens mta what does and another that does the upgrade.
Just wondering if anyone has seen this? We're scratching our heads on this one and the CMTS and CM vendors are in denial that it can even occur but the 'scm verbose' below proves otherwise and this particular modem has been confirmed as a Docsis 3.0 mac version CG3000 emta.
I need any kind of certificates which can be found for Motorola Surfboard 5100/5101 modems. For example certificate for ISO 9001:2008 or certificate for green environment, or TUV certificate or declaration of conformity or Test certificate or Test Report from some test laboratory , anything...
What I found is that this modem has passed CE-Evaluation test report (EN55022/EN55024) .
If anyone is familiar with those regulative and certification please send me the one which is appropriate for this modem.
I've never worked before with these modems. One of our clients wants to use them in their eurodocsis-network. They've sent me a link where it is stated that these modems are hybrid (work in both docsis and eurodocsis networks) http://www.bestcablesupply.com/terayon/ta102.htm
