can you tell me does Scancom provisionig work good?
We are going to use UBR7246 , cm Motorola SB4100. Docsis is 1.1
Is Scancom going to work with this?
We are thinkig about to buy this softwrae.

Hi there,

I'm trying to disable the Telephony-Leds on Motorola SBV5121.

Found allready the interface-Mib to disable the MTA
(IfAdminStatus.16 2)

But the Leds come up. The Motorola-TLVs doesn't affect the Modem.
Does Anybody know something about?

I'm working for a cable tv company and I'm suposed to install and configure docsis_server. Problem is that I have never before done something similiar to this. all I have is on this page http://users.accesscomm.ca/docsis_server/.
Does somebody have written all commands that I have to use?
I know how to configure cmts but I don't know how to configure docsis-server...
Please, help me.

We have Motorola BSR 2000 and emta Motorola SBV5121E . CM work fine on this modem, now we want configure PacketCableю I try configure it self but no luck:( On this forum http://docsis.org/node/83 have some info but not 100% worked configs, please someone who have this configs(ISC DHCP,CM,EMTA) share its here.

I am trying to install docsis-server-2.0.4 on Fedora 7. but i have this problem when I run the make command.

Hi, everyone. I'm trying to make work together arris emtas (tm501b) and asterisk (using SIP). And I have a lot of problems. The major one is with asteriks 1.4 at some moment EMTA hangs. Only cold restart can resolve the problem for some time.
If anyone has achieved to make those two working together, please help me out

Could someone please post the actual steps a CM goes through to become registered? Doesn't it have to download two files? One that has the macs listed and another to set the up and down speeds? Or how do you add more than one modem at different speeds if all the modems download one file?
