A friend has a Cuda CMTS and docsis server at a operator.

The DHCP is allways getting Ip address requests and the server is allways sending DHCP Offers but not getting an ACK from the cpe.

Any tips ?

proxy arp is also enabled.

I have trouble getting URL path to TFTP server where stored boot file. Cisco EPC3000 Docsis 3.0 modem.
I used Query tool to request broadcast response, and got server response with boot file name, and various DNS and DHCP details, but Server address field show 0.0.0.0
Any tips?

I have upgraded D/S Modulation from QAM 64 to QAM 256,while D/S channel width remains to 6 MHz.Does it required any more changes in CMTS configuration or network???

I have configured a secondary scope to handle our increased growth. I'm utilizing CNR ver7.0 and since I have created this secondary scope the dhcp server hands out the routers option from the primary scope. For example:

Primary scope 192.168.1.0/24

GW: 192.168.1.1

Secondary Scope: 192.168.2.0/24

GW: 192.168.2.1

When a customer obtains an IP from secondary scope (192.168.2.2 for example) their GW address is 192.168.1.1.

On the CNR server I have the secondary scope configured to use the Attribute "Primary Subnet" of the primary scope (ex: 192.168.1.0/24). Any suggestions?

we are facing problem in daily basis in our docsis network.
in day timing there is no issue with SNR, but after 5:00 PM daily SNR starts dropping in between <9 to 18>.
pls help me in this...
i tried everything on my network.. is this problem can be generated from CMTS UBR7200..
even i want to know what are the other causes by which SNR dropped

We have a small system with ~500 users and want to add internet and voip. We have purchased a used Cuda 3000. Unfortunately, there is no where with documentation or software...can anyone help??? Any Cuda 3000 or cuda software information would be most helpful.
