Hi, as the title says, I need someone to config a Terayon 3200 series cmts with provisioning software, preferably from the UK or mainland Europe just in case on-site config is necessary.
Also, need config files, and probably ongoing support.
Manual for this cmts would also be helpful.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Many thanks
I have configured my all 4 upstream ports channel-width to 3.2 MHz.Since I am using QPSK modulation for upstream,I can get maximum upstream bit rate 5.12 mbps.
As I have 4 upstream ports for one downstream, will I get 5.12 mbps upstream separate throughput across all upstreams? or 5.12 will be aggregate for all upstreams? Pls suggest
I got a lot of modems in bridge mode. So customers behind those modems get an ip from our dhcp servers.
Sometimes people connect their own modem and in that case the customers behind those modems should get an ip-address etc from another pool, so we can send them to a webpage explaining them to connect the modem we supplied and not a custom modem.
How can I set up our dhcp server like that? Can someone show me an example dhcpd.conf for isc-dhcpd?
I've developed a PHP web-based system that does billing, cable modem access, work orders, graphing, logging, VoIP provisioning... I started writing it in 2001 and have been using it in production since 2004. If anyone is interested and on a budget I can guarantee that this is the most affordable system out there. I can even customize it a bit to meet your needs. It's a one-stop solution.
Hi, I am new to the DOCSIS world so I'm asking for some help. I want to setup a lab at home to learn how to get a CMTS up and running. I have purchased a CUDA 12000 from ebay and I am able to get into the box. What I need help with are these :
For lab purposes can I just connect the upstream and downstream to a 2-way spliter combiner an screw that to a modem or am I gonna have to get more stuff? Is there a way to do it like this?
How can I get my hands on CudaView? I don't think it is installed on the box I have.
