I am looking for the OID for putting the NAT in a Arris CM TG2492 to Bridge mode. I can not find it in the OID table of the modem.... Can someone help me?
I am having trouble on cable modems that should bond 8 DS and 4 US.
The connect as a D2.0, so only 1 DS and 1 US.
I am using CASA C10G CMTS with QAM_8x96 as Downstream Linecards.
The same modems work fine if connected to other CMTS that uses DS_8x8 linecard.
What is confusing me more is that another CM capable to bond up to 16 DS , bonds all the DS and US.
In the MAC Domain i have configured :
....
downstream channel bonding
upstream channel bonding
....
same as in the service group .
Need a DTI server new, refurbished, or used.
Unfortunately this is only a TimeCreator 1000 (correct me if I'm wrong).
Let me know if you have any suggestions serykh.mobile@gmail.com
Does anyone happen to have the "BSR 64000 Command Reference Guide" for version 6.4.2.2 or newer? I have 5.2.1 and it's missing most of the commands I'm looking for.
I am trying to set IP address (instead of domain name) to the pktcNcsEndPntConfigCallAgentId.
I am found that set IP to the pktcNcsEndPntConfigCallAgentId is possible only when same IP address is set to some pktcMtaDevCmsFqdn from pktcMtaDevCmsTable:
I need to replace a PRE-2 card with a PRE-4. Do you have any recommendations for not losing the settings? just save the starting-config on the new card?
I need to configure snmpv3 on CM. I've added tlv34 in provisioning file:
SnmpV3Kickstart
{
SnmpV3SecurityName "docsisManager";
SnmpV3MgrPublicNumber 0x12345678;
}
CM receives auth/priv keys. Now I need to see my keys to send snmp requests to CM. Where can I get them? I have full access to CMTS and prov server, but I don't know where and what to look. May be I need to install/setup some packages on prov server?
If we have a BSR64000 with multiple gig links or ten gig links, how do you enable using multiple? We have a BSR64000 that is getting close to capping out the 1G link and would like to see if it's possible to distribute the load across multiple interfaces.
Our company recently lost it's old docsis engineer and they kind of tapped me to "help out". I recently converted our old 16qam carrier to 64qam and enabled upstream agility across the board. We are now currently running 3 64 qam 6.4mhz carriers, but I had a question on the modulation profiles that are set up and the spectrum groups that were created for agility reasons.
1) modulation profile
here is a sample mod profile for our 64qam carriers. Are there any tweaks that could be done to help the performance and/or reliability of the network?
