Hello,

i am testing CASA C40g and multicast setup..

i see mcasts are on qam/ofdm interface.. but i cannot see them behind cable modem.
I have mcast grroup defined in cable modem config file. Actually that config file worked ubr7200 setup.

Any idea where could be a problem? are there any extra settings for casa cmts?

I was tasked to test the data communication between the DAH100 and the modem EPC3010.So i am not sure what other things to use.Is RG-6 cable with F-connectors okey ?And how to connect 2 outputs(downstream upstream) into modem , i guess i should use some kind of splitter right?

hello we have a problem in this cmts, the cable loses pinging packets for ipv4 from cmts, and for ipv4 from the network,

We already changed the smms, the chassis, the sfp, the optical cord, and the problem continues.

Does anyone know if the command "cable helper-address" which provides the same function as "ip helper-address" is also affected by this issue? I guess yes, but the article just refer to "ip helper-address".

Seems I'm missing the critical pieces to getting MTA's to work here. Never been done here, so flying entirely blind.

Does the Casa C100G console have the capability of disabling paging? I want all of the data to display at once without having to hit space bar. In Cisco, it's "terminal length 0".

We have a few BSR64000 units currently which are on 4.4.0.2P17.H32.KRBU
We've recently acquired a couple new units running 5.3.1P23.H44.KRBU and for some reason, they do not load the startup-config on boot. It saves it and if you manually issue a "copy startup-config running-config" it will load it, but I cannot figure out how to make this process automatic since we have never had the issue on our older units.
