so we use arris servassure here at work , and i know i can see a modem flap count in the real time page for a specific modem . is there any way to show a certain # of high flaps on a node acrosss all modems? so if i was trying to find a specific issue with a section of plant , i could see similar high flaps ? under advanced tab on realtime you can make a snmp oid but i cant seem to figure that out and have no instructions on how to do so. i know i can look at graphs/tables and see everything else but just wanted to see if i could search by flaps in addition.

Any body ever hear about cable modems Ambit 255 or 256?
any body knows who is the manufacturer??

We have in inventory the Arris C4- This is the DOCSIS 2.0 version.

is it possible to have a config file for cm upgrade, for more than one cable modem type?
for example:

I'm looking for a way how to set up time in modems. I haven't figured out how to solve it. I think i should add something to isc dhcpd confg.

now what i have done?
- there is ntp server.
- i added "option time-servers 192.168.1.1"

Which caller ID standards are supported by DOCSIS modems, especially Cisco and Motorola? I'm interested in regional differences. Especially concerning Germany.
