BSR64000 ... max. 200Mbit/s. Bandwidth

Hi @ all ...
we have one BSR64000 in our environment with Firmware 7.0.0.9 and SRM4 ... there are one TX32 and one RX48 running ... in HSIM GigE 14/0 and 14/1 are SFP 1Git/s Modules and in GigE 15/0 is one FC/PC MM Module ... everything is working fine but the summary Bandwidth of the CMTS is allways 200MBit/s ... we tested all 3 Modules and it´s allways the same ... if we disconnect the cmts from our router and connect a notebook for testing with the same ip address as the cmts the bandwidth is near 1GBit/s ... we have 4 lines from our headend all bonded with 8 eurodocsis 256 qam downstreams and 4 64 qam atdma upstreams ...

e.g. 100 Modems (in summary plant) are online and their summary used bandwidth is nearly 150 mbit/s ... if we give one cable router a serviceflow with 300 MBit/s Down and 40 MBit/s Up... we tested the speed and it´s allways the bandwidth between 150 MBit/s and 200MBit/s --> 50MBit/s Down and 40 MBit/s up

or

100 Modems (in summary plant) are online and their summary used bandwidth is nearly 80 mbit/s ... if we give one cable router an serviceflow with 300 MBit/s Down and 40 MBit/s Up ... we tested the speed and it´s allways the bandwidth between 80 MBit/s and 200MBit/s --> 120MBit/s and 40 MBit/s up

We tested if there is a problem with service flows so we used the serviceflow created in cmts and created in Cablemodem
We put the mab of DefBEDown to 30 (for testing) and restart the cmts

We checked nearly everything but can´t find the issue

best regards
Marek

allot of possible causes

what's your email? would need a show tech and copy of the modem files to help find root cause
