I have a Casa CMTS and it's DHCP and TFTP server is a Linux box. In order to reach the internet (i.e. Yahoo.com) I need to use an http proxy address. When I insert this proxy on the Linux box I can obviously hit the internet. However, I am having difficult figuring out how to make this proxy work on the cable side. I see nothing in the CMTS or Cable Modem configuration for http proxy which leads me to believe that its up to the client attached to the cable modem to set the appropriate http proxy address.
Hi Hinzoo,
Appreciated your help !!
And any further information about the RCP -ID of last two bytes as " 80 61 " ? ( The complete RCP-ID : 00 10 18 80 61 )
Is that mean any hex code transfer to decimal or else ?
Hey guys, im having some odd problems.. all of our 3g60 cards are working flawless but it seems were having some issues here almost the same time we setup the initial 3g60 it appears we lost the SPA cards.
Interestingly it seems to be affecting the whole spa card.. so i'm unsure wtf is going on here.. doesn't seem to be RFGW related exactly.. not all the Qam interfaces are on the same card so its spread over a few cards i believe
Can anyone tell me why I am getting this error? I see DOCS-IF31-MIB is in my directory, but I have been chasing my tail on this one! I am just trying to do the snmpget based on the name rather than the OID:
Hi guys :
I have a question about the RCP-ID and from the CableLabs official release " CM-SP-MULPIv3.0-I21-130404.pdf ".
We see the explanation of RCP-ID ( C. 1.5.3.1 ) and summarized as below :
Type Length Value
48.1 5 Bytes 0,1,2: Organization Unique ID
Bytes 3,4: OUI-specific profile ID
Here with an example of RCP-ID: rcp-id 00 10 18 80 61
Has anyone experienced this before with Cisco uBR10K.
I've had to roll our customers back to Casa C2200.
The modem levels are fine, no errors but looks like upload is throttled or there is a delay allocating upload slots.
I just need 2 x bonded downstreams and 1 upstream. No upstream channel bonding.
We use casa C2200 CMTS for our d3.0 platform.
I have commisioned a uBR10k and the statistics puzzle me.
I have 2 bonded downstreams active QAM64 and 1 upstream. I am using cab 8/0/1
