Thomson THG540 constantly restarts

Hi, my internet provider uses a HFC(hybrid coaxial cable) connection to my home, and as I understood my modem has a demultiplexer in there, what happens before I have a line radio frequency amplifier (I think so) outside of my house where all signal comes, after this they used a filter to hide some TV channels because its the cheapest internet+tv contract I made, what constantly is occurring this thing:

08/29/2015 10.07 68000300 03 DHCP WARNING - Non-critical field invalid in response.

Every time when occurs a DCC aborted unable to acquire new downstream channel or SYNC Timing Synchronization failure happens a strange modem reboot, I call it reboot because I cant access modems web page (for me is 192.168.100.1), and no internet as well, this disconnect has a small duration like 30-40 seconds but not always sometimes it disconnects me for 5 minutes, I have this problem for a year, always when I call to ISP they send me a technician and he says no problem was detected all signals ok everything is ok, they never come at time when happens this DC, also I have a router connected to my modem its a belkin N150 + 3 pc's connected to it, 2 wirelessly 1 through ethernet, DCC event occurs randomly, even with router off, so I expect its not because of it, please guys help me you are my last chance.

Whats your cable upstream and

Whats your cable upstream and downstream levels, and downstream SNR during when these issues are happening?

You can find them on the same portal you are using to see cable modem logs, should be in the cable stats page.

Lan Status:

These are normal parameters, I cant access modem when a DC occurs...

RF Parameters
Downstream
Frequency Power 5 dBmV
Signal to Noise Ratio 38 dB Modulation QAM256
Upstream
Frequency Power 37 dBmV
Upstream Data Rate 5120 Ksym/sec Modulation QAM16

Thank you for your reply, and with best regards Denis

Problem to sync another freq

your modem try to sync another freq as requested from your ISP cmts.
Actually it synchronizes correctly but for congestion problem ISP can force modem to change frequency.
In your case modem can t see the other freq and reboot to perform a correct ranging.
problem can be :
low level or degrad signal for the other freq
filter in your installation that mask freq
problem of conf from your isp (no other freq)
If your isp can perform such diag at customer service you are lucky
If technician can find and understand in which case your modem is you are lucky.

good luck

Problem to sync

But not always the problem occurs after sync, or downstream channel can be considered as a frequency range where part of it is degraded or masked? Don't know why I really think it's filter's problem, because they changed me this modem many times, and nothing - same things happen, the cable also is new.

Thank you for reply.
