I'm faily new to this cable business, therefore please bare with me if I make stupid questions :-)
I have a small cable network with 800 TV clients and I want to implement Internet in the network using a Arris C3 CMTS.
For this I'm looking for a system to make provisioning of the cable modems, make new clients and to generate the files for the cable modems.
We will not have more than max. 150 customers.
Can you recommend some kind of software for this or a provider who can deliver it?

With only 150 customers I think all the commercial solutions available for Docsis provisioning are out of the picture - unless you can make a really good deal.
I'd build a Linux box and use ISC DHCPD for modem provisioning. There are a few free config file editors/encoders floating around as well, with the most popular being docsis-0.9.4 for Linux. That said, it doesn't play nice on certain distros, so you may want to search the threads here for advice, tips, and tricks before settling on your favorite flavor.

I have been using Blonder Tongue CMTS's and FOCS provisioning software for over 5 years. Are you set on the Arris C3? I could set you up with everything you need for a fraction of the cost of the Arris.
