what's the config look like, dhcp lease time on the modems (very short and they can't renew?) modem log files, what do they say? modem's rx/tx levels, snr downstream into the modems, downstream 256Qam? have you tried 64Qam? upstream snr into the cmts?
could keep going with the list, but need to see what the modems log say
Does any one can help me with a sample of configuration of ARRIS 1000 CMTS, or anybody has a configuration manual for Arris 1000. Configuration sample would be much more helpful i would be very thankful if somebody can give me a help here.

Thank you very much from all of you , we have solved this problem, the problem was to the .cfg file now modem never get disconnected.
