I only have a problem with telephony. EPC3940 works flawlessly for me, but this EPC3949 does not connect to telephony.
I have not tested other issues yet, but in most cases the modem works, and I can also login with the desired password.
But telephony seems to need a different config than 3940.
Maybe someone can help?
@imix84: What do you need? Does your modem connect at all or not?
The Cisco EPC3949AD modem is based on the Intel Puma chipset, just like the EPC3848 and EPC3838. The remaining Cisco EPC39xx and EPC38xx series are based on the Broadcom chipset. This may be due to the difference in VoIP configuration. I've only used Broadcom-based Ciscos, so the VoIP configuration hasn't changed since Docsis 2.0 ;-)
