Does every Model supports standard specifications (i.e cablelabs) or not?

When you say model, do mean modem or cmts? there are vendors that sell both that are not certified. most are from Asia, best bet is to check out the cable labs web page and ask the group. in regards to modems, check the spec of the modem itself
