I do not recommend you to use Ziggo or VM or LG or UPC because you will not be able to get software updates for it or might have limited feature sets which were compiled which comply with LGI affiliates.
Arris has a modem TG2492 for normal customers, it is the black box. Look for that, it will have a different software which might be easier to get. I do not want to go into details, but you will run into a lot of technical problems for which you will spend time to troubleshoot with this modem and will realize in the end this feature is not implemented. What you see in the Feature List does not completely apply unless you have the BLACK modem.
UCP - most probably this meann UPC, a LGI affiliate
LG means - LGI, mother company of Virgin and all other LGI affiliates.
If you work for LGI or one of the affiliates, you should most probably contact ARRIS support directly because you are entitled to use the WHITE boxes.
