We are working as a Cable Modem ISP in Saudi Arabia. We have purchased a refurbished Cuda 12000. When we connect power and Controller card then Its display an error in Japanese Language and Status on Controller card is "D2". Can anybody help me what to do next???
MM2 or MM3? It should have a marking on the front or at least a label on the back of the card itself, i.e. solder side. Something like C12k-MMx-xx
You can hook up a video monitor and a keyboard to the front ports to watch the boot dialogue to see if there are any unusual messages.
Hope you will be fine & Thnx for your reply. on the solder side of card, its written over there i.e. C12-MM3-CS & C12-MGT-MODV3-CLKSYN.
When I connected the KEYBOARD, MOUSE & Monitor. Its showing something in Japanes language just after boot. when we press "D" then its showing some memory locations on monitor.
The strange thing is that its also not showing anything on serial connection via COM1 (1, 57600). Kindly advice.
