Sorry I don't have a chart, but find around 46 dbmv works best. keep in mind that the channel width would be 6.4Mhz and if your doing upstream channel bonding, the modem would have a harder time to stay online. meaning it would be at max transmit level. if it's boarder line now, it would have a problem come summer time because of the added return attenuation.
