Can't access Arris modems via SSH, only telnet.

We are currently in the works on setting up some Arris modems with our system. After enabling both Telnet access and SSH access in the CM config files, we are only able to access CLI through Telnet. The login screen is prevalent, it is just that I am getting invalid credentials errors.

I am using admin@password of the day. We are using a custom seed for our POD, which is okay because it works via telnet. Is the default SSH login not admin? We are using a variety of arris d2/d3 modems. Can anyone verify the default username is "admin" and password is the POD?

We have not done any extra CLI configuration, so I am not sure why it is not working. I have also noticed that when I try and access certain directories via telnet, I am getting unauthorized access errors. Is this because I am trying to view the over telnet instead of SSH? Directory examples are "mem", "nvm" and some others.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
