Cisco CMTS uBr10012 can't remote login throught telnet

Dear All,

I have a problem as title. But it only happen after I boot the CMTS uBr10012 a while and I can ping the IP CMTS have.

Below is my CMTS IOS version. Does anyone have the same problem on CMTS uBr10012?

I recommend:
- Check the cable, the SFP and the 5x1GE SPA or the PRE4's FA port where the IP is configured for telnet.
- Check the configuration file. You can send it to me: vatiacg "dot" kefo "at" gmail "dot" com
- Upgrade the IOS.
- Upgrade the SPA FPGAs with a PKG file.

If these are not help perhaps the port is failed.
I saw ports where the ping is OK, but there are no higher level traffic.
