In the summary we see

is there a way to add a description to the UB lines ?
we have a monitoring system parsing the output of show cable modem summary and the blank descriptions are causing it to generate false alert.

I don't think so.
You can configure more than one bonding-group per interface cable. Even then 'show cable modem summary' shows only one line with UB-modem:

Even If I use the same description for all bonding-groups, show cable modem won't show a comment on the UB line.
