Hope you will be fine and doing well. Is it possible to change the homepage of clients browser on DOCSIS 2.0 network. Basically, we have developed a website and we would like to advertise it using Homepage. so whenever the client will open the browser our website will appear over there untill and unless client will change the homepage setting.
Kindly adivce. is it possible or is there anyother way to do this.

You're looking for an interdiction page, it is possible, but I'm not sure exactly how it is done. Some providers use this for sign-up pages, if they just hook up their own cable modem, allows them to sign up for service without even picking up the phone. They can also be used for non-pays.
You can try doing that by placing the new customer ( by mac address ) on a separate private network with a firewall rule to redirect that network to only one host
like a black hole network, that host holds the registration page on port 80, make sure you don't leave no other port open besides allowing DHCP requests + Ping + port 80 redirect to that host.
After the user register the data the system updates and moves the cable modem to the public network placing him outside of the firewall rule.
