The Cisco EPC3949AD modem (24xDs + 4xUp) is based on the Intel Puma 6 chipset, just like Arris modems used to be. Unfortunately, I've never used this most powerful Cisco. I finished my production run with the Cisco EPC3940 (Broadcom chipsets). It might be more, as the Intel Puma chipset in the Arris modems I use (e.g., CM3200) can cause some unpleasant performance/speed and latency issues.

Hi. Can you share this SW again?
I'm searching for a newer SW - modem model: EPC3949AD.
