BSR 64000 - Spectrum Group - Hop modulation

*I have configured spectrum group as below for the purpose of automatically changing the upstream modulation if there are problem with the SNR in the Upstream itself.*

*I am facing with an issue where the modulation changes even if there is a good SNR value on 4 upstreams .*

*What i want is that the modulation changes if the SNR in the Upstream reaches below default thresholds.
While i am afraid with my current configuration it changes if there is a SNR problem on particular modems on the network.*

Thank you for your time
