Inconvenient - CM Retries Exhausted

Good day for all,
i am having an inconvenient with my Motorola BSR64K from 2 month ago. I am seeing this message in many opportunities:

[03/28-07:30:35.29- 01:CMTSMAC]<132>CMTS[DOCSIS]:<82010300>Unable to Successfully Range CM 0019.a6c1.fdba, Retries Exhausted.

[03/28-07:30:35.11- 01:CMTSMAC]<132>CMTS[DOCSIS]:<82010300>Unable to Successfully Range CM 0019.a6e0.c150, Retries Exhausted.

[03/28-07:30:32.83- 09:CMTSMAC]<132>CMTS[DOCSIS]:<82010300>Unable to Successfully Range CM 0014.04ba.861c, Retries Exhausted.

but the solution is doing restart the 2x8 cards without finding the origin failure.
Someone did the same?

logging level

increase your logging level so you don't fill your log with these. more important, run remote query to see what levels your modems are transmitting at. seems they're maxed and unable to get online. can you post your running config or your email address?
restarting a card, as you know, is the last thing you should be doing to restore service
