Could anyone tell me if there is a way to correlate the CPEs used by a given modem/upstream in a cuda CMTS?

Go to the downstream..
cuda12k-1:root# interface 1/2/1

then show cpe-host
cuda12k-1:cable:csi(1/2/1)# show modem cpe-hosts
