PPPoE through Motorola BSR 64000

I have Motorola BSR 64000. I m trying to introduce PPPoE on my network.
I have two private networks (IP subnets). 1. User network behind BSR 64K that is on Cable network. The other network is my ISP setup. which includes my firewall . DHCP, DNS, TFTP etc.

Now i have kept PPPoE server on the ISP setup (2nd subnet). I m trying to dial from my CPE (behind BSR64K) to contact PPPoE server. My client sends PADI request. But i feel the request doesnt go through. Wireshark shows no response (NO PADO) from PPPoE server.

Now i have questions to above scenario:

1. BSR points DHCP req on cable helper to my DHCP (which is not PPPoE machine). do i need change helper address ?
2. I have checked PADI request hits my DHCP (current Cable helper pointed machine) .. it doesnt hit DHCP machine at all.
3. Where all the PADI's has gone ????
