That would be the Motorola Surfboard Configuration Editor. Your official Motorola dealer should be able to lead you in the right direction. Not easy to locate (legitimately) otherwise, and I would be wary of any torrent sources you may discover.

doesn't work as far as mta files or docsis 3.0 files. I would like one that does, that isn't a dos based program.
I have spoken again with my Motorola distributor and they cannot obtain this software... I had problems with them in the past, when I needed CVC files, and it took months for them to send me CVC's. Can anyone here send me this software ?
