Hello

I would like to first of all say hello to everyone and I hope I can be of help in the future, unfortunatly I must start my presents here with a question.
Does anyone know where I can find, full complete manuals for the Motorola DCM-2000, the problem is that I am not at all fully qualified for this type of equipment, but to help out a friend I am willing to give it a shot. The problem is that here in Chile, located in South America, it is dificult for small cable companies to advance as there are no specialists in the area. My intentions is to help a friend that is starting out and wishes to get involved in the cable business. I myself have vast experience in networks, Voip and wireless tecnologies, but have almost never been involved with cable equipment. I am a quick learner and as you can see, I kind of know english, which is a great advantage here in Chile.

Well I just wish to be honest and not to mislead anyone, so if anyone can give me a hand it would be greatly apreciated.
