Area of expertise: DOCSIS Cable Modem / CMTS Software development experience

Experience: 8- 10 yrs
Location: Chennai

Essential skills:

Must possess technical skills in the area of embedded software development to review the artifacts and guide the project team.
Must have working experience in Linux internals and C
Must of Strong development experience in DOCSIS and handling Cable Labs certification
Should be able to contribute for High level architecture design and System Test strategy
Should have experience in MAC Driver development for networking products
Should have experience in Client management and CMM process driven software engineering management

Role:

Handle a team size of at least 15 engineers.
Handle product software deliverables and releases
Client management and CMM process driven software engineering management
Interpersonal and Communication skills and an attitude to think from customer's perspective
Providing technical design solution for DOCSIS CM / CMTS implementation projects
Short term Travel to US to handle customer meetings
